Thank you for using Ave.ai. The Ave.ai Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between the user of our products and services ("User" or "You") and us ("We"), and this Agreement has the legal effect of a contract between You and Us.
In particular, please read the Ave.ai Service Agreement and the related agreements referred to herein carefully. Agreement and the related agreements mentioned later, especially the "Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability" provisions of this Agreement, which will be bolded, to ensure that you fully understand the terms of this Agreement and consider the risks independently.
You acknowledge that your wallet password, private key, mnemonic, and Keystore on Ave.ai are not stored or synchronized with our servers. We do not provide services to retrieve your wallet password, private key, keystroke, or Keystore.
If you disagree with any of the terms of this Agreement, you should voluntarily stop using and delete Ave.ai.
Consent By accessing the Site, downloading the App, or otherwise using the Service, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must not use the Service and, if you have downloaded the App, uninstall it.
Privacy Policy Our privacy policy is part of and governed by these Terms of Service. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of the Privacy Policy and agree that we may use the information collected from you in accordance with its terms.
Notice Regarding Dispute Resolution. These Terms of Service contain provisions regarding the resolution of claims between you and us, including an agreement and obligation to arbitrate disputes, which, with limited exceptions, will require you to submit your claims against us to binding arbitration, unless you opt out of arbitration as described below.
Affirmatively, when you use the Service, you represent that: your use of the Service is based on the following
A. Create or Import Wallet：means the process by which you use Ave.ai, confirm your performance of this Agreement and create or import a wallet. B. Wallet Password：This refers to the password that you are prompted to fill in during the creation of your Ave.ai wallet by the software operator interface, which is used to encrypt and protect the private key. As a decentralized application, the wallet password is not stored on this mobile device or on our servers, and in case of loss you will need to reset a new password with the help of a plaintext private key or a helper word. C. Specific users：Users who are required by Singapore laws, regulations and policies to cooperate with us in fulfilling our personal information disclosure obligations. D. Private Key：Consisting of 256-bit random characters, it is the core of the digital token that the user owns and uses. E. Public Key：The private key is generated by one-way derivation with the help of cryptographic principles and is used to generate the blockchain digital wallet address, which is the public receiving address. F. Secret Recovery Phrase：It conforms to the blockchain BIP39 industry standard and consists of 12 (or 15/18/21/24) ordered words generated by a random algorithm. It is an easy-to-record representation of the private key, which is convenient for users to backup and keep. G. Keystore: It is a private key or helper word encrypted and saved in the form of a file with a wallet password set by the user, and it is only stored in this mobile device of yours and will not be synchronized to our server. H. Token：Refers to the types of tokens currently supported by Ave.ai.
1) Create or import a wallet.For tokens supported by Ave.ai, you can use Ave.ai to generate a new wallet or import a compatible wallet generated by other wallet tools of the relevant blockchain system. 2) Transfer, Receive.You can use Ave.ai's transfer and receipt functions to manage digital tokens, i.e., use your private key to electronically sign and make changes to the ledger of the relevant blockchain. Transfer means that the payer uses the recipient's blockchain address to perform the transfer operation, and the actual transfer and receipt takes place in the relevant blockchain system (not Ave.ai). 3) Market View.You can use Ave.ai to view the provided k-line to view the relevant data. 4) Transaction History.We will copy all or part of your transaction records through the blockchain system. However, the transaction records are subject to the blockchain system. 5) Token Exchange.Users can exchange digital tokens with third-party smart contracts or third-party DEX, with Ave.ai as the interface tool to help users interact with the third party and display the corresponding results of that digital token exchange. 6) Other services provided by our company。
1) Our company provides decentralized services and does not provide the following services. A. Store the user's wallet password (i.e. the password set by the user when creating/importing the wallet)、Private Key、Secret Recovery Phrase、Keystore; B. Retrieve user's wallet password、Private Key、Secret Recovery Phrase、Keystore; C.Freeze Wallet; D. Lost wallet; E. Recover Wallet; F. Transaction Rollback. 2) If you lose your mobile device, delete Ave.ai without backing it up, delete your wallet without backing it up, have your wallet stolen or forget your wallet password, private key, keyword or Keystore, we cannot restore your wallet or retrieve your wallet password, private key, keyword or Keystore. If a user makes a transaction by mistake (e.g., by entering the wrong transfer address), we will not be able to cancel the transaction. 3) The token management services that we and Ave.ai can provide do not include all existing tokens. Please do not operate any tokens that Ave.ai does not support through Ave.ai. 4) Ave.ai is a digital token viewing tool for Users only and is not an exchange or trading platform. Although this Agreement will refer to "Transactions" several times, its conduct refers generally to transfers and receipts made by Users using Ave.ai, which are fundamentally different from "Transactions" made on an exchange or trading platform.
1) Create or import a wallet A. Creating or importing wallets: You have the right to create and/or import wallets on your mobile device via Ave.ai, the right to set your wallet's wallet password and other information, and the right to use your own wallet to make transactions such as transfers and receipts on the blockchain via the Ave.ai app. B. The Company may develop different versions of the Software for different terminal devices, and you should choose to download the appropriate version for installation according to your actual needs. If you obtain the Software or an installer with the same name as the Software from a third party without legal authorization, the Company cannot guarantee whether the Software can be used normally or its security, and you shall be responsible for any damage caused. C. After a new version of this software is released, the old version of the software may not be available. We do not guarantee the security and continued availability of older versions of the software or the provision of appropriate customer service. Please check and download the latest version at any time.
2) Use and agree to this responsibility A. Users should keep their mobile devices, wallet passwords, private keys, Secret Recovery Phrase, Keystore and other information in their own safekeeping. The Company is not responsible for keeping the above information for the user. You shall bear all risks, liabilities, losses and expenses arising from the loss of your mobile device, active or passive disclosure, forgetting of your wallet password, private key, helper word, Keystore, or being attacked or defrauded by others. B. Compliance with Information Tips. You understand and agree to follow the information tips given to you by Ave.ai and to operate in accordance with the contents of the information tips, otherwise, all risks, liabilities, losses and expenses arising therefrom shall be borne by you. C. You are aware and understand that Ave.ai has no obligation to perform due diligence on the linked third-party DApp services or transactions, and you should make rational investment decisions and bear the corresponding investment risks on your own. D. With Ave.ai wallet, you can choose the export private key function to get the private key for better management of your account, we will not be able to help you with private key recovery.
3) Transfer A. You acknowledge that the daily transfer limits and number of transfers available to you on the Ave.ai Service may vary depending on the country in which you are using the transfer service, regulatory requirements, the purpose of the transfer, Ave.ai's risk controls, and other matters. B. You understand that based on the "irrevocable" nature of blockchain operations, when you use the Ave.ai transfer function, you are solely responsible for the consequences of your errors (including, but not limited to, problems with your wrong transfer address or your own choice of transfer node server). C. You are aware that when using the Ave.ai service, the following conditions may result in a "transaction failure" or "packing timeout" for a transfer. a) Low balance; b) Insufficient trading miners' fees; c) Blockchain execution contract code failure; d) Payments in excess of those required by regulatory authorities, Ave.ai or laws and regulations； e) Technical failure of network, equipment, etc.; f) Blockchain network congestion, failures and other reasons cause transactions to be abandoned； g) Your address or counterparty address is identified as a special address, such as a high-risk address, exchange address, ICO address, Token address, etc. D. You are aware that Ave.ai only provides you with the transfer tool, after you use Ave.ai to complete the transfer, we have completed all obligations of the service for that time, and we are not responsible for any other dispute dispute.
4) Service Fees and Tax Liability A. Ave.ai will not charge you any kind of service fee or processing fee for the time being, and will agree or announce the rules when it needs to charge for certain services in the future; B. You shall pay a miner's fee, the amount of which is determined by you, when you make a transfer using Ave.ai. The miner's fee is charged by the relevant blockchain system; C. You are aware that in certain circumstances, if your transfer operation is not completed due to the unstable environment and network status you are in, the relevant blockchain system may also charge a miner's fee; D. You are responsible for all taxable and other expenses incurred by you in connection with your transactions with Ave.ai.
1) You understand and are aware that digital tokens in this area may entail significant risks such as non-cashability and technical instability due to the fact that the laws and regulations and policies in the digital token area are not yet sound. The price of digital tokens is much more volatile than other financial assets. We caution that you should choose wisely to hold or dispose of any tokens according to your financial situation and risk appetite. ave.ai provides the quotes view function only to capture the search results of some exchanges' token information, and does not represent the latest quotes or the best offer. 2) Ave.ai does not guarantee that the transaction will be completed successfully and Ave.ai will not be liable for damages if you or your counterparty does not comply with this Agreement or the operating instructions and rules on the relevant website descriptions, transaction and payment pages when using Ave.ai's services. In the event that the foregoing occurs and payment has been credited to your or your counterparty's account. 3) Ave.ai wallet, you understand the "irreversible" nature of blockchain operations and the "irrevocable" nature of the relevant transactions, and that you and your counterparties bear the corresponding risk consequences. 4) You shall determine for yourself whether the other party is a person of full civil capacity in the course of the transaction and decide for yourself whether to make a transaction with or transfer funds to the other party, etc., and you shall bear all risks associated therewith. 5) In the process of transferring funds, if "transaction failed", "packing timeout" or other similar abnormal information is indicated, you should confirm again through the official channel of the relevant blockchain system or other blockchain query tools to avoid repeated transfers; otherwise, all losses and expenses caused by this shall be borne by you. 6) You understand that after you create or import a wallet on Ave.ai, your Keystore, private key, helper word and other information is stored only on this current mobile device and not on Ave.ai or our servers. You can replace your mobile device by synchronizing your wallet, etc. according to the operation guide provided by Ave.ai. However, if you do not save or backup your wallet password, private key, keystore and other information and if your mobile device is lost, your digital tokens will be lost and we cannot retrieve them for you and you will be responsible for the corresponding loss. If you export, save or backup your wallet password, private key, helper word, Keystore and other information, or if the device or server where you save or backup the above information is hacked or controlled, your digital tokens will be lost and we cannot retrieve them for you, and you will be responsible for the corresponding loss. 7) We recommend that you make a secure backup of your wallet password, private key, helper words and Keystore information when creating or importing your wallet. We remind you not to use the following backup methods: screenshots, emails, notepads, SMS, WeChat, QQ and other electronic backup methods. We recommend that you copy the helper and Keystore information on a paper notepad, and that you store the data electronically in your password manager. 8) We recommend that you use Ave.ai in a secure network environment and make sure your device is not jailbroken or rooted to avoid possible security risks. 9) You are cautioned against non-Ave.ai official scams during your use of our services.
1) You agree that we may temporarily provide some of the Service features, or suspend some of the Service features or introduce new Service features in the future. When any feature is reduced or added or changed, as long as you still use the services provided by the Company, you still agree to this Agreement or the terms of this Agreement as amended. 2) You understand that the Company will suspend the services if the following circumstances exist; A. Business interruptions due to technical reasons such as equipment, blockchain system maintenance, upgrades, failures and communication outages; B. If our system is unable to provide services or we reasonably believe that there is a greater risk of continuing to provide services due to force majeure factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, war or terrorist attacks, viruses, Trojan horses, hacker attacks, system instability or government actions; C. Occurrence of other circumstances beyond the Company's control or reasonably foreseeable. D. We may unilaterally suspend or terminate your use of some or all of Ave.ai's features when you: 1.User Death; 2.Stealing someone else's wallet information or mobile device; 3.Provide false information when filling out personal information; 4.Reject the mandatory update operation initiated by our company to enhance the functionality of Ave.ai; 5.Use of Ave.ai for illegal or criminal activities; 6.Interfere with the normal use of other users; 7.Falsely claiming to be a member of our staff or management; 8.Attack, intrude, alter or in any other way threaten the normal operation of our computer systems; 9.Use Ave.ai to promote spam ads; 10.Spreading rumors to damage the goodwill of the Company and Ave.ai; 11.Illegal acts, other violations of this Agreement, and circumstances that the Company reasonably believes should suspend the function. 3) When the service relationship between you and us is changed, interrupted or terminated, you still have the right to export information such as your wallet within a reasonable period of time.
1) The Company shall be liable only for the obligations set forth in this Agreement. 2) You understand and agree that, to the extent permitted by law, we can only provide the Ave.ai service at the current state of the art and under the conditions. We are not responsible for the failure of Ave.ai to provide the Services properly due to the following reasons. A. Ave.ai system downtime for maintenance or upgrades; B. For force majeure reasons such as typhoon, earthquake, flood, lightning or terrorist attack; C. Failure of your mobile device hardware and software and communication lines and power supply lines; D. you operate improperly or use our services in a manner not authorized or approved by us; E. Due to viruses, Trojan horses, malicious program attacks, network congestion, system instability, system or equipment failures, communication failures, power failures, banking and other reasons, or government actions; F. Any other cause not caused by the Company. 3) The Company shall not be liable for the following cases: A. Tokens lost due to user losing mobile device, deleting and not backing up Ave.ai, deleting and not backing up wallet, wallet being stolen or forgetting wallet password, private key, helper word, Keystore; B. Loss of tokens caused by users revealing their own wallet passwords, private keys, helpers, Keystore, or borrowing, transferring or authorizing others to use their mobile devices or Ave.ai wallets, or not downloading the Ave.ai application through our official channels or using the Ave.ai application in other insecure ways; C. Loss of tokens due to user error (including but not limited to problems with your wrong transfer address, your own choice of transfer node server); D. Loss of tokens due to misuse by users who do not understand the nature of blockchain technology; E. Deviations in the transaction records of our copy users on the blockchain due to time lag, instability of the blockchain system, etc.. 4) It is optional for the user to export the private key, and we are not responsible for any property damage caused by the loss or theft of the private key after the user changed the Owner and Active privileges. 5) Loss of assets due to personal reasons (including but not limited to personal public private keys, hacking of user's personal information) and force majeure factors are not the responsibility of the Company.
Ave.ai may update this policy periodically. Therefore, please check back occasionally to make sure you agree to these changes. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site, the Application or our Services.
